So, second blogging day - let's see how long this lasts! :)

So I was thinking about what the word "glorify" means after humming a tune filled with the word to the Lord. And I am embarrassed to say, I didn't realise just exactly what it means...and I pride myself on not just singing stuff to the Lord when I don't actually mean it or can't do what I'm singing! So. "Glorify" synonyms: distinguish, aggrandize, illuminate, celebrate, acclaim, commend...Cool hey! And that's what I long to do in my life. Just simply glorify You, Lord!

I sometimes wish though, that I could take in more and really walk the walk I have so much head knowledge about. But, seeing as my blog's title is "Hope", I know there is hope for me. My precious Lord will lead me one step at a time, until I can truly glorify Him in heart and mind..."Please, Lord. Lead me beside the still waters and restore my soul. Lead me in paths of righteousness, for YOUR name's sake."
